David Conderman  David Conderman

David grew-up in the real estate profession. His father is a real estate attorney and his mother was an Owner/Broker in Manhattan, Kansas for 19 years before joining the Conderman Group.

David graduated from the University of Colorado in Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate and has been in the Real Estate business in Kansas City since 1987! He has a vast background in investing, marketing and financing residential real estate.

David works full-time getting his Seller Clients' homes sold for the highest possible price in the least amount of time. He is also a professional negotiator and works with his Buyer and Seller clients to obtain the best price and terms possible in their real estate transactions.

David consistently ranks as one of the Top 100 Realtors® in Kansas City.

David knows the Real Estate industry inside and out. He has received many accolades from the Real Estate industry and is highly respected by his peers. He has spent a great deal of time consulting and giving seminars to the top REALTORS from across the country. He believes that you can't stand still in the business, and he is continually looking for the best possible way to serve you.


Jan Hansen Jan Hansen

Jan has lived with her family in Johnson County for nearly 20 years.  She has worked professionally in real estate for over 6 years – originally using her license to thoroughly learn the operations and customer service side of the business. Drawing on that experience, Jan knows that attention to detail and thoroughness are the keys to a successful, efficient and rewarding real estate experience.

Jan’s clients tell her that she has a “gift for listening” and translating that listening into effective buying and selling solutions.

“I don’t see how I can achieve the best results for my clients if I think I already have all the answers,” she says.  “The best part of this career is partnering with my clients to build their financial security while at the same time helping them find their dream home.”

When not working with clients, Jan enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug, and playing with their four incredible grand-kids.


Sarah Kawaoka

Sarah Kawaoka

Sarah grew up in the real estate family four years behind her brother, David. Wisely, she chose to stay close to home and graduated with an Interior Architecture degree from Kansas State University. She is a true Wildcat at heart!

After graduating in 1994, Sarah joined Hallmark Cards and held a variety of positions from architecture to marketing over a 20 year career with this hometown Kansas City company. Her ability to remain calm and focused in any situation is her key to success.

Sarah lives in Lenexa with her husband and two children and enthusiastically enjoys balancing her career and family!

David recruited his Mother, Linda, to join our real estate team shortly after recruiting his sister, Sarah Kawaoka. Since Linda reveres family and is known to be motivated by change, she concluded that a family team would be an empowering and exciting experience and accepted the invitation. They now share and are dedicated to a common goal -- providing clients with the newest, most cost effective, and truly innovative service.

Throughout Linda’s multi-faceted career, she has taught English at Lawrence High School and Kansas State University, owned and operated a children’s clothing store in Manhattan Kansas, and for the last 29+ years, was the Broker/Owner of a real estate firm in Manhattan, Kansas.
 
Throughout her real estate career, Linda worked in re-sale, new construction, investment and development. Her husband is in building and development, so new construction and move-up Buyers have been a big part of her career.
 
Linda also has an affinity for helping first-time homebuyers because it offers the opportunity to use her college degrees and “teach” the home buying process. She finds it thrilling to see the process all come together the day of move-in!  
 
Many K-State parents know Linda, too, and have purchased an investment property for their kids to use during college years. It provided a great investment and a learning experience in property management for everyone.  
 
Linda’s greatest pleasure as a Real Estate Broker/Owner was providing the tools for each agent in the company to achieve a successful career. Seeing the success of others has always been her greatest joy in life! Her company won many prestigious awards for production and quality service.

Joe Maggio

Joe Maggio

Joe has been listing and selling real estate in Manhattan, Kansas and the surrounding areas since 1996. His vast knowledge of home values, strong negotiating skills, and his attention to details are the core reasons behind Joe’s success. Utilizing today’s technology, along with being able to work directly with Joe, from beginning to end, is what he proudly refers to as “High tech, but high touch service”.

Joe was elected, by his fellow REALTOR Association peers, President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS and is serving on its Board from 2014 through 2016.

Joe joined The Conderman Group as the Expansion Partner and Team Leader of the Manhattan office in 2015, and we are so excited to welcome him to the team!

 


Kaitlin Porter

Kaitlin Porter

Kaitlin is new to Kansas and comes from the beautiful state of Colorado. She graduated with a Theatre degree from University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

Kaitlin found herself in the Real Estate world almost by accident. After accepting a front desk position at a Keller Williams office in Colorado Springs, she fell in love with the industry. Once she learned more about Real Estate and Keller Williams, she could not imagine working for any other company. After 24 years in Colorado, she decided to move to Kansas to further her career and she is so excited for the opportunities with The Conderman Group!

When Kaitlin is not working, she loves spending time with her beautiful niece, the rest of her family, and her friends. Kaitlin also loves getting involved with local theater companies.


Amber Drake Amber Drake

After working in the high-tech administrative field for 15 years, eleven of which were spent at the Silicon Valley Corporate Headquarters of Seagate Technology, Amber transitioned to the Real Estate world in 2002.

Specializing in listing and real estate marketing for the past 10+ years, Amber has a knack for all things “multimedia”, from building showcase property websites to custom photo enhancements, print advertising, virtual tours, online marketing strategies, social media, and implementation of today’s ever-changing technology to reach each target market.

From her affiliated office in the Coeur d’Alene area of North Idaho, Amber is our team’s Marketing Specialist for both offices, providing expert real estate marketing services to our Seller Clients since 2005. When not working, Amber enjoys camping, road-trips to new destinations, RV’ing, and spending time with her husband and daughters.

KC Magazine contracted an independent market research company, Crescendo Business Services, to administer a rigorous "Best in Client Satisfaction" nomination process. Over 23,000 recent homebuyers, readers of KC Magazine, and mortgage lenders and title companies were asked to cast a ballot to identify exceptional real estate agents in the Kansas City area.

After review by a blue ribbon panel of local real estate experts, fewer than 6% of all licensed real estate agents in the Kansas City area were selected. David was among this top 6% selected by his clients as a 2007 - 2015 "FIVE Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent".
